John Hillis, Director of Web Design and Development
John is the founder of Omnera and an integral part of every project. He brings the strategy, creative and technology teams together to deliver successful web solutions. John has more than 12 years of experience managing the design and development for hundreds of web projects ranging from simple static web sites to dynamic e-commerce sites at the enterprise level. John has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the College of Visual Arts and is an active web designer  in addition to his responsibility as a team and project manager.

Dave Anderson, Lead Developer
Dave has fifteen years of web programming and data modeling experience, and earned a BA from St. Olaf College, a fact he thinks has nothing to do with anything, though it tends to delight other Oles. Dave has a black belt in CoFuJitsu and would marry jQuery if he could.

Mischa Suemnig, Developer
Mischa has a diverse background in Information Technology including, Web Application Programming, Database Development and Network Management. Before joining Omnera, he was the IT Director and Lead Application Developer for a nationally recognized business reference library. He is the winner of a Webby Worthy award, the Best Free Reference Site of 2010 (by the ALA) and a graduate of the Hamline School of Business Administration. Besides having a copious number of nerd skills and a predilection to using big words when they are supereragatory, he also plays and writes music, loves his wife and daughter and tries to keep his Greater Swiss Mountain Dog from devouring pretty much everything.
